What type of events do you provide entertainment for?
We provide casino type parties for a wide range of events. Christmas parties are very popular as well as customer appreciation events, conferences, fundraisers and socials.
How many guests can you entertain in an evening?
We have provided games for as few as 10 to as many as 400 guests.
What is provided if we were to book CB Casinos & More for an event?
We work with you to determine the types and amount of games for the expected number of guests. The day of the event, we set up the games including the accessories (cards, chips, dealer shoes, tickets, etc) at the venue. Then, we provide experienced, professional looking dealers at the event. Following the predetermined closing time, our dealers pack up their tables and we depart. It is a complete delivery, set up and take down that's hassle free.
Do you provide dealers at these events?
Yes we can provide a quote with dealers or without dealers. The organization booking the event would have to provide the dealers if you decided to go without dealers. We always provide a pit boss to quickly train your dealers and over see the event.
Can I just rent tables and provide my own dealers?
Yes you can rent tables and provide your own dealers. We can still deliver, set up and take down as well as provide a pit boss for the evening to ensure everything runs smoothly. The pit boss can also quickly train the dealers you have lined up prior to the event.
How many hours of playing time do you recommend?
We recommend 2 hours of playing time. Organizations typically have a dinner followed by speeches and then 2 hours of casino entertainment.
Do you provide play money and what do the guests do with their winnings?
At the beginning of the playing time, our dealers will pass out play money to use throughout the evening. At the end of the playing time, the guests exchange their chips for prize tickets. The tickets can then be entered in the draws.
How do the draws work?
The organization or individual organizing the event supplies prizes for the guests to win. Following playing time, the guests use their 2 - sided tickets to enter the draws.
Our event is a family affair. Do you have games to entertain the younger set?
Yes we have a variety of games that are popular with the younger people.
Do you travel outside Brandon?
Yes we take our fun casinos to nearby towns, approximately within a 200 km. radius of Brandon.
How do I go about booking an event?
You can contact us preferably through email jcox@cbcasinos.ca or 204-573-1457 to obtain an estimate. We require the following information: date of the event, number of guests expected and the venue where you will be holding the event. We will then set up an estimate and send it to you via email. After reviewing it and possibly requesting changes, we will come up with something to make your event fun and memorable.
How is payment handled?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and prior to set up of the event. You may make payment by cheque to CB Casinos & More.
What if my estimate of guests attending changes and I have over or under estimated?
Call us and we may be able to make some changes. It's always preferable to notify us asap if changes are necessary.
